In 2002, the first red line club™ membership car was a custom camaro®— a GM product. The second year's car was a Ford Mustang, and the third, a Mopar (Barracuda). These represented musclecars from the "Big Three" automakers of the late '60s.

As early as Feb. 4th, 2004, nspo began lobbying to make the fourth annual membership car an AMX, to honor the forgotten 4th American auto manufacturer. Instead, Hot Wheels™ gave us an Oldsmobile, followed by three modified Volkswagen trucks.

Finally, for 2010, HWC listened— the club car was an AMX! In disbelief, nspo said...
